New sales organization at RAMPF

At RAMPF the sales organization has been restructured. Carmen Stockburger will oversee the entire sales and marketing department. Benjamin Burschey will take over the management of the external sales team while Andrea Ziemann-Stahl will manage the internal sales department.

The previous sales director Frank Schunack has left the company. “We would like to thank Frank Schunack for 30 years of commitment to our company. At the same time, we regret to see him leave unexpectedly and wish him all the best for the future,” says CEO Fabian Kohlbecker.

Due to the personnel change, the Sales & Marketing area will be restructured. The focus is on flat structures, more teamwork and streamlining of internal processes in order to increase the proximity to our customers and ensure efficient processes.

Carmen Stockburger will take over the position as Chief Sales Officer. So far, she has been responsible for the Strategy & Restructuring department and already successfully restructured our subsidiary in the US. Before that, Carmen Stockburger worked for a large construction supplier for many years, most recently in the sales organizations in Latin America.

Benjamin Burschey takes over the management of the External Sales Team. He has been working in the External Sales at RAMPF since 2006 and has looked after numerous national and international customers over the years. In 2017, Benjamin Burschey took over the newly established After Sales department and is also responsible for repairs and service at RAMPF.

Andrea Ziemann-Stahl has been responsible for Internal Sales since July 2020. She has more than 25 years of experience at RAMPF and began her professional career in the export department. Over the years she has looked after customers in almost all parts of the world and has worked for our Chinese subsidiary for many years.

“I am pleased to have built such a strong team for this challenging task. This is why I am confident that we will remain a trusted partner to our customers,” Kohlbecker adds.
