TOPROC® is RAMPF's patented mold technology for manufacturing concrete blocks with textured surfaces. The system produces textured finishes on up to five sides of the block - without the need for hydraulics or pneumatics.
Operating purely through a gravity-driven mechanical system, TOPROC® requires no hydraulics, pneumatics, or modifications to the machine control system, making integration into existing production lines simple and efficient. With the ability to produce fully textured blocks directly from the mold, TOPROC® creates a split-face texture products without the need for splitting, eliminating secondary processing steps like splitting.
Interchangeable side walls provide maximum flexibility to create a wide variety of textures and block designs for masonry, retaining walls, and landscaping applications.
