QUICK-TEC molds are designed for continuous industrial production. Their modular construction allows key wear components, such as partition walls, end profiles, and cover plates, to be replaced quickly, minimizing downtime and simplifying maintenance. An optimized insert chamfer allows consistent alignment of the tamperhead while helping to protect profile blades from damage. Combined with hardened partition walls and a robust mold design, QUICK-TEC provides reliable production performance and consistent product quality throughout its service life.

Like all RAMPF mold systems, QUICK-TEC is manufactured according to the RAMPF standard, with significantly tighter tolerances than the SLG standard. This ensures precise fits, clean product edges, and reliable dimensional stability throughout the mold's service life. Optimized vibration characteristics promote uniform compaction and a consistent concrete structure, supporting reliable production results cycle after cycle.

To maximize wear resistance, critical mold components are treated using the proven CSI hardening process.
