Since opening in 1968, our headquarters in Allmendingen, Germany, has continually expanded and modernized to support the evolving needs of the concrete products industry. Today, the facility combines engineering, manufacturing, and service at one location, allowing RAMPF to maintain exceptional quality standards throughout every stage of mold development and production.
About Allmendingen
Equipped with advanced CNC machines, in-house heat treatment, and modern manufacturing technologies, Allmendingen produces precision concrete molds engineered for durability and long-term performance. From this location, RAMPF supplies customers around the world with mold solutions. In addition to manufacturing new molds, Allmendingen houses one of RAMPF's global service teams. Our experienced technicians provide technical support both at customer facilities and in our production center, helping optimize mold performance, troubleshoot production challenges, and extend mold service life.
Our Allmendingen facility’s service capabilities include but are not limited to:
- Repair of frames, insert cavities, and tampershoes
- Surface grinding and finishing of molds to OEM specifications
- Modifications of mold frames for compatibility with other machine manufacturers
- Manufacturing and mounting of tampershoes
- Tamperhead manufacturing and replacement: Standard, Pneumatic Filling Equalization (PFE), Heated, and Two-Stage
- Fitting of mold tamperhead adapters for compatibility with different machine configurations
- Electronic repairs of heated molds
- Testing of heating, hydraulic, and pneumatic elements
