Design & Engineering:
Work closely with customers and colleagues to develop innovative concrete product designs and mold concepts. From standard mold solutions to highly customized projects, you'll collaborate across departments to create solutions that meet our customers' production and performance requirements.
Manufacturing:
Our extensive in-house manufacturing capabilities provide opportunities across a wide range of skilled trades and production processes. Depending on your role, responsibilities may include precision machining, CNC milling, welding, fabrication, and other specialized manufacturing operations that support the production of high-quality molds.
Paint & Finishing:
Complete the finishing touches on completed molds for delivery by applying high-quality protective finishes and ensuring every mold meets RAMPF's standards before shipment to the customer.
Administration:
Support the daily operations of the business through roles in purchasing, shipping, finance, accounting, and other administrative functions. Every department plays an important role in delivering the quality and service our customers expect.

What to Expect
Initial Interview
The first step is a conversation to get to know one another. During this interview, we'll introduce you to RAMPF, discuss the position, and learn more about your background, experience, and career goals.
Follow-Up Interview
Depending on the position, selected candidates may be invited to a second interview to discuss the role in greater detail, review qualifications, and answer any remaining questions. For certain positions, candidates may also have the opportunity to tour our facility to gain a better understanding of the company and meet our team.
Offer & Onboarding
